The distributing center 2 checks the transmitted certification information, operates a charging processing, instructs a financial institution 6 to collect the charge, and distributes data corresponding to the identification information and additional information for extinguishing the data after reproduction to the reproducing terminal 1a. The reproducing teminal 1a reproduces the data, and extinguishes the data. |
