PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the influence of a substance for causing non-specifical reaction in an organism sample by including alkylglycoside surface-active agent or steroid surfaceactive agent in a solid-phase detergent liquid for immunological measurement. SOLUTION: A solid-phase detergent liquid for immunological measurement contains alkylglycoside surface-active agent or steroid surface-active agent. For example, N-actylβ-D glycopyranosido, n-nonyl-β-D-maltopyranosido, and n-decyl-β-Dglycopyranosido are used for an alkylglycosido surface-active agent. For example, cholic acid salt, deoxycholic acid salt, and dehydorocholic acid salt are used as a steroid surfaceactive agent. These can be used individually or in combination. For example, phosphoric acid buffer agent, tris' buffer agent, and Good buffer agent are contained in addition to surface-active agents, thus suppressing the influence of a substance for causing a nonspherical reaction in an organism sample and achieving an accurate measurement.
