The circulating conveyor has carrying plates on which the containers are carried. There are drawing chains which are made as laterally curved barrage feed chains and, in the area of the carrying plates, are guided in troughs (8) positioned with respect to the circumferential face of the carrying plates. The chains have pins (15) which lie in the base of the groove. The pins are elongated on both sides over the flanges (14) of the chains to support rollers on which the containers are conveyed.
