PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of shortcircuiting and discharging, by dividing a plurality of control electrodes of a charge body control means to a plurality of groups, and arranging on an insulating substrate so that the same voltage can be impressed to adjacent control electrodes of different groups. SOLUTION: A copper foil pattern of leading wire parts 3 and control electrodes 4 formed on an insulating sheet of an aperture electrode body are formed in a TAB tape formation process. Although joint parts 28 are periodically generated at exposure groups in a longitudinal direction of a TAB tape at this time, the control electrodes 4 adjacent to each other via the joint 28 are connected mutually at a position of the leading wire part 3. A pitch of the joints of a divided exposure is dependent on a feed accuracy. However, even when the leading wire parts 3 and control electrodes 4 of adjacent exposure groups are formed with low fed accuracy, the same voltage is impressed to the adjacent electrodes via the joint 28, thereby preventing discharging because of a shortcircuit of adjacent electrodes at the part. Stable printing is hence enabled. |
