PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soft processed food excellent in texture by constituting the food out of a specific dumpling-like material and a cover covering the surface thereof. SOLUTION: This processed food such as bean curd-shao-mai S comprises a dumpling-like material 1 and a cover 2 covering the surface of the dumpling- like material 1. The dumpling-like material 1 is obtained by blending (i) minced meat of 1000 pts.wt., (ii) bean curd such as squeezed bean curd of preferably 100-300 pts.wt., (iii) a binder such as an egg and a yam of preferably 40-100 pts.wt., and (iv) onion cut fine 3 of preferably 200-400 pts.wt., and further, preferably, (v) a binding material such as corn starch of preferably 50-100 pts.wt. |
