摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable cutting adhesive materials to be granulated in prescribed length without sticking them on each other to accomplish suitable granulation in a device in which a material to be granulated is forcibly fed to a spherical perforated plate to granulate it by installing a fan for blowing air to the materials to be granulated extruded from the spherical perforated plate. SOLUTION: When a material to be granulated in a semi-paste state is fed into a material feeding port 102 of an extruding part 100, the material to be granulated is forcibly moved toward a granulating housing 2 by a screw 106 and is pressed against a spherical part 26 of a die unit 8. At the spherical part 26, the material to be granulated is radially pushed out from circular holes 30,.... The materials to be granulated pushed out is cut by pressurized air from a spherical base part air blowing pipe 10. Particularly in the upper part and the tip part of the die, they are surely cut by pressurized air from the spherical base part air blowing pipe 10 and a spherical top part air blowing pipe 12 without sticking them to each other. The cut particles are blown off in the sidewall 60 direction by the pressurized air and are received by a chute 64.
