PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make recordable visible information such as character, figure or photographic image without requiring dedicated equipment by providing an image recording area where recording pits can be formed by emitting a laser beam and forming a visible image in the image recording area through a plurality of recording pits. SOLUTION: A recording area 2 for recording information and an image recording area 3 for recording image information made visible are arranged on the surface of the photocard 1. The recording area 2 and the image recording area 3 are formed to be identical and each of these areas 2, 3 is formed of a data recording track 5 which records data in formed recording pits 4, and a guide track 6, arranged alternately. This guide track 6 has a low reflectance part formed zonally compared to the data recording track 5. In this case, the image recording area 3 shows a binary coded image which is formed by arranging an array of recording pits 4 and provides information through viewing by a user using the difference between the reflectances of the recording pits 4 and the data recording track 5. |
