PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ceramic green sheet having both fixed air permeability and flexibility. SOLUTION: This ceramic green sheet comprises ceramic powder and an organic composition and has pores having an average pore diameter in the range of 100 nm to 1 μm.
