PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tyre which can restrain the generation of an eccentric wear and show a sufficient on-ice performance after a middle stage of wear. SOLUTION: A cap part 12A is formed by a foaming rubber with a spherical independent foam and a base part 12B has the spherical independent foam and long independent foam 24 covered by the protection layer 26 of resin and is madely a foaming rubber exposed after a wear middle stage. As the long independent foam 24 covered by the protection layer 6 is hardly crushed, the rubber of the base part 12B is hardly deformed. The block 18 after the wear middle stage is nearly the rubber of the base part 12B and is hardly shearing- deformed and the eccentric wear is restrained. The long independent foam 24 exposed on a tread surface removes the water in a contact ground surface efficiently by performing the duty of a drain. As the eccentric wear is restrained after the wear middle stage and also the draining operation by the long independent foam 24 is obtained, the sufficient on ice performance after the wear middle stage can be shown.
