PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial laminated sheet excellent in the effects of sterilization and suppression of proliferation of true fungi and bacteria and also in surface smoothness and glossiness. SOLUTION: A primer coat film 2 prepared by compounding a powdered antibacterial agent of an average particle size 1μm or below with resin coating, in the ratio of 0.05-50 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of a solid part of the coating, is formed on the surface of a surface-treated metal sheet 1, and a resin film 3 is bonded on the primer coat film 2 by an adhesive 4. The antibacterial agent is burned powder constituted mainly of silicon carbide or silicon oxide and of alumina and titanium oxide.
