FIELD: biotechnology, immunology. SUBSTANCE: fraction-III obtained by spirituous Cohn's method is concentrated by ultrafiltration at pH value 3.5-5.0, then washed out with ethanol, final solution is concentrated and stabilizing agent is added. Then immunoglobulin content is brought about to 5% and pH value to 3.5-5.0. Sterilizing filtration is carried out and immunoglobulin hydrate envelopes are reduced before stabilizing agent addition. Reduction is carried out by method of molecular filtration at different sites of semipermeable membrane. The latter is an ultrafiltering membrane at interception limit less 100,000 Da by molecular mass or dialysis viscose envelopes. Anticomplementary activity of immunoglobulin preparation obtained by the indicated technology is less 10 of mg protein. Preparation is are active at intravenous administration.
