<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new mottled dot pattern tile wherein a pattern of mottled dots is entirely different form traditional one. SOLUTION: A powdery tile raw material 20 is placed on a conveyor belt 18 and transferred. While a powdery pigment 14 is, in a stripe shape, continuously fed on the tile raw material and while those tile raw material 20 and pigment 14 are continuously fed from a tip part of the conveyor belt 18 toward a downward rolling press machine 22, they are pressurized into a thinely stuffed massive piece 26. Thereafter, the massive piece 26 is crushed with a crusher 28 to a particle 12 of a specific particle size to manufacture porcelain earth. The porcelain earth is dry pressed with a pressing machine, and burnt to obtain a mottled dot pattern tile.</p> |
