Procedure for cleaning small components and machine elements using jet spray

A procedure for cleaning small components and machine elements with hot water provided with cleaning additives uses a cleaning apparatus provided with a spray pistol. Aside from the pressure, temperature and water supply control, a continuous flow control takes place so that through the spray pistol a hot low-pressure water mist can be generated. That water disgorged for cleaning and contaminated during the cleaning is fed as dirty water to a re-treatment plant and there after slurry separation and filtering is fed to the cleaning apparatus for re-use. There is a water tank (1) with a container 912) for the cleaning additives. There is an electric motor-driven pump (3) sucking in the water and delivering it to a pressure line(4) which has at least two heating elements 916) controlled by a thermostat (18).
