FIELD: pumping working medium through cooling towers. SUBSTANCE: spars of fan blades are coupled integral with hub. Adjacent spars of adjacent blades are fastened together and unit of their attachment is connected with hub. If number of spars of one blade is odd, attachment unit of adjacent spars is connected with hub by means of interconnection strip. If number of spars is even, no interconnection strip is required. In this case, fan is driven through internal gearing whose drive wheel is located eccentrically. Adjacent spars may change into one another at bend.
