<p>The invention concerns a method for making a transponder (20) comprising the following steps: delimiting the different turns (8) of a coil in a sheet (1) comprising a dielectric substrate coated with at least a conductive layer (2) by stamping said conductive layer with a stamp (5) having cutting contact surfaces (6) with the surface conductive layer (2, 2"'); connecting at least an electric component (25) with said turns (8); assembling at least one protective sheet (22; 27) covering said coil and said electronic component (25). In order to facilitate the stamping and to obtain neat cuts, the conductive layer is covered with a synthetic film before stamping. In order to prevent short circuits from occurring above the cuts, the latter are preferably filled with glue, varnish or lacquer.</p> |
