PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a blank card from being sold as a regular card falsely and an unusable card from being issued by giving a mark indicating a card inserting direction for card use to the card when it is judged that specific information is correctly recorded on the card. SOLUTION: A magnetic information writing means 61 when receiving a charge throw-in signal outputs a card issue request signal to a blank card supply device and also outputs a write conveyance command to a conveyance control means 67. Then a signal corresponding to specific amount information is outputted to a magnetic head 44 to write the specific amount information on the card. A magnetic information read means 62 outputs a read conveyance command to the conveyance means 67 to read out the information stored on the card through a magnetic head 44. A write confirmation means 63 compares the information read out of the card with the specific amount information to decide whether or not the information is correctly recorded. When it is confirmed that the information is correctly recorded, an arrow is printed as a mark indicating the card inserting direction at a specific position on the surface of the card. |
