PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit a period of display by using each category as a retrieval key. SOLUTION: On the mail server 10, categories as retrieval keys for classifying articles and registered in a category master table 11 together with information regarding application periods of the respective categories. In an article master table 12, the individual articles are registered corresponding to the categories that the articles belong to. An article retrieval screen generating means 13 generates article retrieval screen data having as a category selection menu a list of categories including the present date and time in their application periods according to the category master table 11 and passes the data to a terminal device 20. An article retrieving means 14 retrieves articles belonging to a selected category by referring to the article master table 12. The terminal device 20 displays an article retrieval screen 21 when article retrieval screen data are sent, and displays an article list display screen when article list display screen data are sent. |
