PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically check the cause of disconnection in a breaker, to automatically restore a breaker when it is safe for continuous use, and to stop the return operation in the case of an abnormal load. SOLUTION: This autokick breaker has a sensor 2 which detects the contact condition of a breaker 1, a sensor 3 which detects the passage current of the breaker 1, and a controller 5 which sends a breaker return signal to a breaker driver 4 with the detection result by the sensors 2 and 3, and this performs the following control. When an overcurrent at or above a specified current value over a standardized value flows continuously for a specified time t or more to a breaker 1 (control A), this breaks the breakers 1 and successively performs the restoration of the breaker 1 until specified n times within the time T, but in the case that the breaker 1 breaks specified n times or over within the time T, this does not restore the breaker 1. This breaks the breaker 1 when an instantaneous current flows within the time t to the breaker 1 (control B), and successively this restores the breaker 1 a specified number of N times or over within the time T, but in case that the breaker 1 breaks over a specified number of N times within the time T, this does not restore the breaker 1. |
