<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate the occurrence of crack in a flexible pipe joint by protrudingly installing a connecting flange parts at both ends of a tubular part, and embedding plural sheets of tire cords so as to surround a reinforcing ring installed in the maximum radial part, while protruding providing a forcibly pressing projection in a piping connection side end of the flange part. SOLUTION: A flange part 2 is projectingly installed in both ends of a tubular part 1, while tire cords 4 are embedded in the tubular part 1 and the flange part 2, and then both the ends of the tire cord 4 are installed in the flange part 2 so as to surround the outer boundary of a reinforcing ring 3. A projection line part 11 is protruded into a maximum radial part of the flange part 2, and the reinforcing ring 3 is embed in a central part of the maximum radial part. A forcibly pressing projection 5 is protrudingly installed in a connecting surface side end of this flange part 2. In this flexible pipe joint, the flange part 2 is tightly connected to a flange 10 of piping 8 by clampers 6 and 6a via a mating flange 7, and at this time, the forcibly pressing projection 5 is largely deformed, while a neck part of the flange part 2 is also deformed, whereby it is securely tightly connected.</p> |
