<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To see that snow clogging or icing is hard to arise in a rotational angle limiting mechanism, and that the essential function is not lost, by providing a loose spacer with said rotational angle limiting mechanism in the position being not seen when viewed from above, in condition that the loose spacer is attached to an elementary conductor. SOLUTION: When fixing a fixing member 30 to an elementary conductor B by fastening material 32, it is fixed so that the salient piece 33 made at the casing 31 may look toward the ground. Next, in condition that the salient piece 33 is inserted into a cut window 42, halved type of clamp pieces 40 are attached to the periphery of a tube 31, and they are fastened with fastening members 41. On the other hand, for a fixing clamp member 10, the halved type of clamp pieces 11 are fastened with a fastening member 12 and are fixed to an elementary conductor A. This way, it becomes possible to make it hard for the rotational angle limiting mechanism to induce snow clogging or icing, by providing the loose spacer with said rotational angle limiting mechanism in the position being not seen at the time of having viewed the loose spacer from its topside.</p> |
