PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coolant circulating air conditioning system in which circulation of coolant is not impeded under a partial load during the cooling operation. SOLUTION: At the time of cooling operation, each room is cooled by naturally circulating a coolant in the heat-exchanger 1 of an outdoor unit through a plurality of tan coil units 2 through action of the gravity and the pressure of evaporated coolant gas. At the time of warming operation, each room is warmed by circulating the coolant gas evaporated by the heat-exchanger 1 of an outdoor unit through the fan coil units 2 with the gas pressure and by means of a pump 3. Temperature of the coolant liquid is measured on the coolant inlet side of the fan coil units 2 at the time of the cooling operation and when one set temperature in a plurality of stages is reached, a controller 9 controls the opening of an expansion valve 7 for supplying the coolant liquid to the heat-exchanger of the fan coil unit 2 in the plurality of stages depending on that temperature. |
