PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method and device which can associatively and flexibly exchange information among a group promoting activity, members joining in the activity, and a member providing funds for the activity and provide the funds. SOLUTION: This method registers the name and contents of activity, meter- rate accounting information, etc., in a meter-rate account registration part 11 and makes them open, information regarding users who desire funding is registered, and the quantity of performed activity on which meter-rate account is based is registered and sent to a meter-rate accounting notification part 12 together with the user information. Specific charge information corresponding to the quantity of the activity is reported to the user and also to a charging part, and a continuous information provision part 13 provides the information continuously to flexible exchange information and provide funds. |
