PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sheet capable of exhibiting a certain kind of a function even in a prescribed organ or group by forming a first area where a prescribed image is formed and a second area for demonstrating a prescribed function to the prescribed organ or group on an image sheet and executing a special processing to the second area so as to make forgery, correction or duplication difficult. SOLUTION: In the example of a sheet which is a printed matter on which a portrait is printed using a seal material capable of being peeled off and stuck as the sheet, the photographed image of a portrait or the like is printed on the first area 2 of the seal material 1. The second area 4 is a part for displaying a face value for achieving the function as a postage stamp and is the part for achieving a role similar to the postage stamp for 500 yen by being stuck to an envelope or the like.
