<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically, quickly, appropriately and also surely give a message to a waiting staff when a supervisory control system detects an accident and abnormality. SOLUTION: This device detects an accident and abnormality of a plant and signals the content of an alarm signal generated by a supervisory device 100 to a message destination. In such cases, it is provided with a communication device 105 which communicates with a message destination, an alarm signal interpreting means 102 which applies an alarm signal to a prescribed format and extracts each content that constitutes the alarm signal, a message editing means 103 which automatically generates a notification message that corresponds to the alarm signal by combining words showing each content, a voice outputting means 104 which converts the notification message into voice data and outputs it to the communication device and an automatic transmitting means 107 which controls the communication device and connects a line to the message destination.</p> |
