PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance resistance against the longitudinal tensile load, and to reduce the longitudinal deforming amount for internal pressure load by specifying braiding angles of reinforced layers at inner and outer sides respectively, in the high pressure hose embedded with double reinforced layers consisting of a wire braid in a space between inner and outer rubber layers. SOLUTION: Two reinforced layers 2 and 4 comprising plural metal wires braided so as to cross with one another are inserted in a space between an inner rubber layer 1 and an outer rubber layer 5, while an intermediate rubber layer 3 is interposed between the reinforced layers 2 and 4, and the layers 1 to 5 are laminated, integrated to form a high pressure hose. In the reinforced layer 2, its braiding angleαis set up in a range of 114 deg. to 140 deg., and an internal pressure load is shouldered by this reinforced layer 2. On the other hand, in the reinforced layer 4, its braiding angleβis set up in a range of 80 deg. to 96 deg., a tensile load is shouldered by this reinforced layer 4, thereby preventing elongation of the hose. With this constitution, the resistance against the longitudinal tensile load is enhanced, and the longitudinal deforming amount for the internal pressure load is reduced.
