<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the high quality of disk substrate made from resin without any appearance defect and moreover improved its strength by removing burrs of the disk substrate made from resin and its manufacturing method and its manufacturing device. SOLUTION: The process irradiating a laser beam at least onto the outer peripheral part or inner peripheral part of the disk plate 2 made from resin to temporarily melt is included in the manufacturing method of the disk substrate. Also, the manufacturing device of the disk substrate is provided with the work table 3 rotatably supporting the disk substrate 2, the positioning member positioning the disk substrate 2 in the prescribed position on the work table 3 and the laser beam source irradiating the laser beam onto the disk substrate 2 rotatably supported with the work table 3 after positioning. The buildup of 15μm or below in height is formed in the outer peripheral part of the disk substrate 2, and the thickness of the part formed the buildup is made to be thicker than the thickness of the outermost peripheral part of the disk substrate 2.</p> |
