<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily wash a surface to be washed in a short time and to unnecessitate an after-process such as a detergent recovering process by jetting granules of dry ice on the surface to be washed under high pressure with air, etc., to remove a deposit. SOLUTION: In a toner producing process, granules of dry ice are directly jetted as a washing agent with a compressed gas on a surface to be washed to remove a deposit on the surface. The granules are jetted by means of nozzles of 5-30 mm nozzle diameter. In order to prevent the blocking of the nozzles by the granules and to reduce pressure drop at the time of jetting, the nozzle diameter is regulated to >=5 mm. In order to prevent the deterioration of washing power clue to the reduction of kinetic energy by a reduced linear velocity of streams of the granules, the nozzle diameter is regulated to <=30 mm. The pressure of the compressed gas is 3×10<5> -10×10<5> Pa and the amt. of the gas per one nozzle is 2.0-10.0 m<3> /min.</p> |
