PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate unnecessary functions of an earth leakage breaker by setting a specified relationship between the ground stray capacitance of a solar cell and the rated sensitivity current of the earth leakage breaker such that the leak current from the solar cell due to stray capacitance comes within the dead zone of the earth leakage breaker. SOLUTION: The solar beam power generating unit is constituted by setting the number of solar cell modules constituting a solar cell array 1 and/or the rated sensitivity current of earth leakage breakers 4a, 4b such that a relationship Ca<EL/3 is satisfied between the ground stray capacity Ca (μF) of the solar cell array 1 and the sensitivity EL (mA) of the earth leakage breaker 4a, 4b. The ground stray capacitance Ca of the solar cell array 1 can be measured by short-circuiting the plus and minus terminals 31, 32 and connecting an impedance meter 30 between the array 1 and the ground face. Since the leak current from the solar cell due to stray capacitance comes within the dead zone of the earth leakage breaker, unnecessary functions of an earth leakage breaker can be eliminated. |
