<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a judging method which can detect even a peak whose half-width is wide and which is gentle by a method wherein the peak is judged to exist in the position of a protruding part in an original spectrum when the minimum value of the protruding part is at a threshold value or lower on the negative side of a qudratic differential spectrum. SOLUTION: When the minimum value of a protruding part is at a threshold value or lower on the negative side of a qudratic differential spectrum, a peak is judged to exist in the position of the protruding part in an original spectrum. When the minimum value of the protruding part is not at the threshold value or lower on the negative side of the quadratic differential spectrum, the existence of a peak in the position of the protruding part in the original spectrum is judged on the basis of the area of a negative part in the protruding part on the negative side. As the threshold value, a noise standard-deviation value can be used. At this time, a program which executes a processing operation is created, various analyzers are mounted, the processing operation is executed to a spectrum which is obtained as a result of a measurement, even a peak whose half-width is wide and which is gentle can be detected, and the analysis accuracy of a judging method can be enhanced.</p> |
