PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of preventing poor contact between a photosensitive belt with a joint and a ground brush to ensure static elimination of negative charge arising in the photoreceptor belt. SOLUTION: In an image forming device for which a photoreceptor belt 1 with a joint 11 is used, two ground brushes 6, 49 are put in contact with the photoreceptor belt 1. Even if poor contact occurs between the photoreceptor belt 1 and the ground brush 6 when the joint 11 passes through the position of one ground brush 6, the other brush 49 is put in contact with the photoreceptor belt 1. In this way, static elimination of negative charge arising in the photoreceptor belt 1 is ensured, thus obtaining a uniform image with no white streaks. |
