PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a handy compact device capable of reproducing recovered toner in the flow of the gas of mixture, to obtain only a prescribed useful component and form an image of high quality by providing a recovered toner reproducing means in a carrying path for a recovered toner carrying means and reusing the recovered toner with a developing means, to form an image. SOLUTION: The recovered toner fed into a screw pump 5a is fluidized by compressed air supplied by a gas supplying means 5b and transferred to the recovered toner carrying means 6 as the flow of the gas of the mixture of toner and air. The recovered toner carrying means 6 is of an elastic pipe 6a and makes the flow of the toner as the mixture of the toner and the gas to the developing means 2. The elastic pipe 6a is easy to elastically deform and the degree of freedom to select the carrying path is high. The recovered toner reproducing means 7 is provided in the mid-way position of the recovered toner carrying means 6 and executes the reproducing operation of removing foreign matter such as the toner having a reverse polarity and flocculated toner, from the recovered toner in the flow of the gas of the mixture, so as to reuse the recovered toner, that is, obtain only a required component. |
