Differential pressure sensor

The pressure sensor has a measuring chamber (1) with an input opening (2) for connection to the measured gas and a reference chamber (3), which are separated from one another via a gas-tight membrane (4). At least 4 expansion measuring strips (5,6) are attached to one side of the membrane, with 2 positioned at the membrane edge for detecting tangential deformation and 2 positioned radially at its centre. A circular measuring plate (7) is applied to the membrane over the expansion measuring strips, for acting as a spring body.
