The invention concerns a flush mounted metal or plastic box having its own fixing system adapted to the function required by the user, in particular in the building sector as complement or component in any electrical or non-electrical unit (appliance) to be flush mounted or already flush mounted. Said box is characterised in that it has an integrated metal angle type edge perfectly suited to walls with gypsum surface and a shape which enables it to be permanently fixed before being coated mainly with a jointing compound. Such a system of flush mounting is novel and an improvement over existing systems.
