PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide function giving dimensional stability and soft sense of walking to a flooring with a flooring basic material and, at the same time, to provide the flooring using the flooring basic material. SOLUTION: A foamable basic material is so constituted that both surfaces of an intermediate bearing material are coated with a foam having 3.5∼4.0 of foaming ratio to form together as a unit. A foaming intermediate layer having 2.0∼2.5 of foaming ratio is laminiated on one surface of the foamable basic material to form together as a unit, a foaming surface layer having 1.2∼1.6 of foaming ratio is laminated on the surface of the foaming intermediate layer to form together as a unit, and a film having optional patterns is laminated on the surface of the foaming surface layer to form together as a unit, if required.
