PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting road sign which can be seen well even at night to perform its proper functions, allows recognition of the information displayed, resists cracking and damage, and can be embedded in a road. SOLUTION: A thin light emitting element 2a which emits light when supplied with electricity is installed on the inner bottom surface of a base case 1, and a translucent plate 3 showing information displayed is installed on the upper surface of the thin light emitting element 2a, with a transparent plate 4 installed on the upper surface of the plate 3. The transparent plate 4 is made from a polycarbonate. The gaps between the base case 1, a frame 2b, the plate 3, and the transparent plate 4 are filled with a waterproof resin. Therefore, a sign can be seen well even at night to perform its proper functions, allows recognition of the information displayed, resists cracking and damage, and can be embedded in a road. |
