PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in preservation stability, capable of being hardened at room temperature, excellent in adhesion in water and capable of being goodly adhered to a surface-treated aluminum substance by formulating an organosilicon compound and a calcium carbonate with an organopolysiloxane. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. organopolysiloxane of the formula [R is a monovalent hydrocarbon; (n) is an integer at which the viscosity of the compound is 10-100,000 cSt], (B) 1-30 pts.wt. organosilicon compound having at least two or more hydrolyzable groups selected from an acetoxy group, a ketoxime group and an alkenoxy group in a molecule, or a hydrolyzate thereof, and (C) 5-100 pts.wt. calcium carbonate (preferably colloidal calcium carbonate) treated with >=5 wt.% treating agent having >=100 deg.C melting or softening point based on the amount of the calcium carbonate, and having 0.01-0.2μm average primary particle diameter.
