PURPOSE:To design a lens part freely independently of the structure of a circuit making AF discrimination and control and the operating condition by controlling a drive signal of an actuator moving the lens at a period different from an operation execution period of the circuit making AF discrimination and control. CONSTITUTION:A motor drive waveform is varied not synchronously with any of a PAL vertical synchronizing signal and an NTSC vertical synchronizing signal to vary the motor speed. Thus, a drive signal waveform asynchronously with a program execution period of a microcomputer 123 is generated by a microcomputer 116 provided in a lens. The relation between the prescribed speed and the drive waveform is decided between the lens side microcomputer 116 and the motor in the lens and a table is formed in the microcomputer, then the lens drive performance as command from the microcomputer 123 is obtained by having only to receive the speed information and the drive direction information from the camera side microcomputer 123. |
