PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded article constituted of polytetrafluoroethylene of which the surface is given adhesive properties. SOLUTION: This molded article of polytetrafluoroethylene has a constitution wherein a thin layer constituted of a tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer or a tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkylvinylether copolymer subjected to atmospheric-pressure plasma treatment in the atmosphere of oxygen concentration 1000 ppm or less is provided on a base constituted of the polytetrafluoroethylene. The thickness of this thin layer is made 5μm or less.
