PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a product of antibacterial effect, antifouling effect and deodorizing effect for example on the surface of a plastic or a coating material by forming an oxide photocatalyst film on the surface of a part in an air flow path and adding specified ions in the oxide photocatalyst film. SOLUTION: Ions of elements of electronegativity of less than 1.6, the ion radius of 0.2 nm or less and the valency of 2 or less are added in an oxide photocatalyst film in which TiO2 particles as an oxide photocatalyst are dispersed. A driving force fan 6 of a capacitor motor 7 of a filtration type air cleaner main body is rotated to form an flow. Indoor air containing dust, smoke, oil fine particles, microbes, dead bodies of microbes, pollen, malodor and the like is sucked from a panel (suction hole) 2 by the air flow. The sucked air is exhausted out of outlet of grille 14 after being filtered and cleaned by a filter section 3. |
