A mini-bearing adjusted to act as a single-way valve for, especially, high-speed stomalogical drills consists of an outer and inner ring with a cage with balls arranged therein. The outer ring (5) of the bearing (12) is provided with a swing cover (1). The swing cover (1) is fastened to the outer ring (5) of the bearing by mean of a retaining ring (2). A bearing surface (4) of the cover (1) is provided on the inner ring (3) of the bearing (12).
