<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling apparatus for edible oil waste wherewith a used edible oil waste occurring from a fryer, etc., in a kitchen can be easily recovered, settled, and separated and the resultant supernatant oil can be separated from the settled oil and can be returned to the fryer, etc. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a waste oil recovery vessel 3 and a pump 4, both installed on a cart 1. The vessel 1 has a supernatant oil discharge port 7 at the position corresponding to the boundary line between the supernatant oil and the settled oil at the time when the vessel contains a specified amt. of the oil waste, and the vessel also has a settled oil discharge port 8 at the bottom 3b. The suction end and the delivery end of the pump can be switched, and hoses 11, 12 with specified lenghts are connected individually to the ends.</p> |
