PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar car which converts ram air obtained during running of the car into electric power so as to make up for insufficiency of electric energy while the car runs. SOLUTION: A plurality of wind generators 4 are attached to the roof part and the head part of a vehicle body, and are connected to a battery 5 through lead wires 4. Solar cells 8 are stuck to the outer surface of the bonnet cover 6 and the trunk lid 7 of the vehicle and are connected to the battery 5 through lead wires. A board 12 made of a hard light-weight material and having an elliptic shape is mounted on the roof part 2, and are mounted thereon with solar cells 8 which are then connected to the battery 5 through lead wires. A motor 14 provided in the bonnet and coupled to the front axle is connected to the battery 5 through the intermediary of a controller 5 for electronically controlling the motor 14. |
