<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align the workpiece with a specific attitude by distinguishing the front and reverse patterns by measuring the three-dimensional shape of a workpiece, reversing the workpiece which need the reversing on the basis of the data to narrow down the attitude pattern, then distinguishing a phase of the workpiece, and revolving the workpiece on the basis of the data to align the workpiece with the same phase. SOLUTION: When the workpiece 2 is carried on the first conveyor 1 in the previous process, the workpiece 2 on the first conveyor is three-dimensionally measured by the first shape distinguishing device 5, to distinguish the front and reverse patterns. Then the workpiece 2 of which the attitude pattern is narrowed down, is loaded on a table 11 at one edge part of the second conveyor 3, and the phase pattern is distinguished by the second shape distinguishing device 12. The workpiece 2 which need the reversing, is reversed on the basis of the data, to narrow down the attitude patterns of the workpiece 2. Then the phases are aligned by controlling the revolving angle of the table 11 on which the workpiece 2 is loaded, on the basis of the data. Whereby the workpiece 2 of various attitude patterns can be aligned with the specific attitude.</p> |
