<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secondarily install a projecting part of a spherical body on a surface of an extremely thin rubber coat such as a condom by projecting a sphere in a condition of being covered and wrapped with the rubber coat, and installing a rubber ring in a base part of this projecting sphere from the outside of the rubber coat. SOLUTION: A proper sphere 2 is pushed up from one side of a rubber coat 1 together with the rubber coat 1, and the sphere 2 is projected in a condition of being covered and wrapped with the rubber coat 1. A rubber ring 3 is installed in a base part of the sphere 2 projecting in a condition of being covered and wrapped with this rubber coat from the outside of the rubber coat 1, and the sphere 2 is projected to a surface of this rubber coat 1 in a condition of being wrapped with the rubber coat 1. That is, the sphere 2 is placed on a rubber plate, and the rubber coat 1 is positioned on it, and when the sphere 2 is pressed to the other end side of a needle in a condition where the rubber ring 3 is positioned on the other end side, the sphere 2 is loosely fitted to a recessed part of the needle. Next, when a guide is pushed further to the other end side of the needle, the sphere 2 is fastened and installed in a condition of being covered and wrapped with the rubber coat 1.</p> |
