PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation caused by welding from generating, to improve the dimensional precision, to omit a complicated positioning process in case of assembling a structure, to shorten the assembling time and to assemble at low cost. SOLUTION: At first, a projection part 1s bulged in a prescribed dimension and a hole having a neck part 1b of a prescribed dimension and shape are formed on the opposing wall part on both end in the neighborhood of a 1st frame 1, and a 2nd frame 2 is inserted to the inside of the projection part from the hole side of the 1st frame 1. Next, the projection part 1s is executed with caulking by applying an electromagnetic force from the circumference of the projection part 1s formed on the 1st frame 1, and the 1st frame 1 and the 2nd frame 2 are tack-welded. After then, the 1st frame 1 and the 2nd frame 2 are joined with welding by fillet-welding the end face of the neck part 1b and the 2nd frame 2. |
