PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the visibility of a displayed value by varying the direction of an electrical and numerical display value within a display corresponding to handle specification. SOLUTION: The electrical and numerical display part 7 within the display D consists of LCD, etc. The part 7 is connected through a display switching means connected to a control circuit and a switch button 15 at the time of a right handle and a switch button 16 at the time of a left handle are provided for the display switching means. When the part 7 is constituted by LCD, a display value position is varied every switch of display by being formed to display the display values of three digitsα,β,γrespectively by 10 segments.
