PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly take a measure according to the advancing state of lowering of an awakening degree by providing an alarm means giving an alarm when the awakening degree lowers up to a first reference value and providing an automatic which and control means validating an automatic driving control means when a prescribed reference condition which is the first reference value of below is satisfied. SOLUTION: When an awakening degree signal level becomes a first reference level Th 1 or below, a control unit outputs a driving command to an alarm unit (S4) and produced alarm sound. When it is decided that the awakening degree is not recovered, the control unit shows a condition to start an automatic traveling control. A second reference level Th 2 of the awakening degree which is smaller value than the first reference level Th 1 is set (S7). When an awakening degree signal level becomes the second reference level Th 2 or below, a driving command is outputted to an automatic traveling control ECU (S9) and an automatic traveling control is performed.
