PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a makeup cosmetic suitable for persons having sensitive skin by including a specific powder in a prescribed amount. SOLUTION: This makeup cosmetic contains 10-50 wt.% spherical powder. The makeup cosmetic has low irritation developing possibility and is low in possibility causing development of irritation even when applied to persons having sensitive skin or skin damaged by atopic dermatitis, etc., and the cosmetic can safely be used even when applied to such persons. Spherical powder having 1-100 mμparticle diameter and capable of recognizing to be spherical by naked eye can be used as the spherical powder. Spherical nylon powder, spherical polyethylene powder, spherical methylsiloxane network polymer, spherical calcium silicate, etc., can be exemplified as the spherical powder. When the makeup cosmetic is used in combination with a hair-transplanting puff, the makeup cosmetic hardly causes development of irritation and suitably used for persons having sensitive skin.
