FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has unit for holding spool and is designed for using spool which has lower and upper legs, each of which has straight segment and two front arms. Front ends of finishing details determine inner radiuses of two finishing tails of spool as well as its tails. In addition device has unit for fixing straight segments of spool in order to provide straight lines in each coil of winding; unit for bending spool by a preset radius in order to provide arms which run from straight lines in each coil winding to each of its front end; unit for bending each arm by preset radius; units for bending front ends by preset angle; unit for shaping spool tails. In addition device has unit for forming jumps in segments of arms of winding with respect to hole of stator for which winding is designed. Also disclosed is method for making said stator winding from said spool using said device.
