FIELD: optoelectronics. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for application in production of optic fibers and photosensors and aims at achieving maximum purity of optoelectronic materials by increasing molecular homogeneity of component contained in it. To that aim, in a method of preparing above components including their purification, chlorine-containing components are purified through gas centrifugation. EFFECT: purity of at least one ingredient of glass is raised to a new, early inaccessible level.
